C5.2.3.l. Must an interim Maritime Labour Certificate have a Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance attached to it?

Under paragraph 8, of Standard A5.1.3, a Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance (DMLC) need not be issued for the period of validity of the interimcertificate.
